Guest Management Executive - Full Time
Airbusybee is a fast-growing Airbnb and furnished-rental company, providing property management services, as well as technology solutions to improve the guest experience.
We manage a portfolio of international Airbnb properties located in Miami, Toronto, Montreal, and Berlin. Our property management services include guest screening, guest communication, financial analysis, invoicing, property maintenance.
We are looking for a young, energetic Client Relations Manager - your role is to take care of guest needs online, message potential guests, vet them and continue to communicate during their stay to ensure a premium experience. You will be the first touch point with customers, will convert prospects into clients and take care of them as our guests.
Your role will include coordinating check-ins and check-outs of properties, and assigning tasks to our cleaning team/repair personnel when necessary, to inspect and make the properties 100% ready for the next guest. You will resolve client issues efficiently, and keep clients up to date of the progress to make their stay experience positive. You are an organized person who can manage certain back-office tasks independently such as client invoicing and price adjustments, and meet your monthly goals.
You are phone-savvy and quick to respond - guest questions are usually not complicated but they are time sensitive - this is crucial. You are a person who is tech savvy and can use our management app to reply to guests, use whastapp/sms when necessary, and most important of all, respond to guest needs in real time. You work well independently and have an entrepreneurial interest.
Our office is near College Street and Bay, and the role will have flexibility for virtual work. This is a full time position.
